Girls v La Garriga (not the Welsh team)

We have arrived at La Garriga sports club which is about 40 mins north of Barcelona. We arrived a little early is this gave us a chance to watch a little basketball before going to a court to go and warm up and go through some passing and shooting drills.

The sports hall is good and there is a nice little balcony from which the pink-socked fan can shout his support!

Psyching ourselves up for the match.

This is definitely more Catalan than Spanish up here and there are quite a few posters and banners asking for a vote for independence. Red and gold flags are everywhere!
